At Sanford Auto Spa, we understand that your car is more than just a means of transportation...it's your pride and joy. That's why we stand wholeheartedly behind our work. While the majority of our services can last a number of years with proper maintenance, several of our suppliers offer additional warranties for further peace of mind. Our film services are warrantied against dust under the film, peeling, or improper installation, with our vinyl & PPF additionally warrantied against bubbling or lifting. Our powdercoating is warrantied against flaking off over the first year, and our ceramic coatings are warrantied for the lifetime of your vehicle (with proper maintenance).  

 Our top priority is your satisfaction. While there are some exceptions to our warranties, our goal is for you to leave happy and come back for more! Even if your issue exceeds either our or the manufacturer's warranty, we promise to do our best to resolve your issue. We understand that some things happen out of your (and sometimes our) control. Rather than have you feeling frustrated and abandoned, we implore you to let us know your issues. If we can resolve them, you bet we will! We only ask that you  be thorough, patient, and understanding. A jar of honey as opposed to a jar of vinegar works wonders with our team. Our entire team are proud owners of their personal cars: tuned, modified, and near & dear to our hearts. Please don't feel like your issue is too small; we're here to help you every step of the way. And that's a promise we intend to keep!
